- A large investment bank is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join their team in KSA. The incumbent will define and oversee the marketing strategy and determine organizational strategy in collaboration with leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategy of the Marketing division deriving implications from organization strategy in alignment with vision and growth objectives
- Manage the tactical marketing and communications and advertising activities for the company.
- Determine budgets and briefs to advertising and public relation agencies amongst others.
- Oversee channel planning and management.
- Oversee digital presence, web portals, press releases and placements of ads in media.
- Review internal communication methods and standardize everything to reflect brand personality.
- Review internal corporate environment; to be consistent with brand image and identity.
- Review sponsorship and other related activities, opportunities to bring in extra coverage in the media via sponsorships.

**Key Requirements**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in management/ Marketing/ Communication or other related fields.
- At least 15+ years’ of relevant experience in marketing strategy
- Proven track record of setting up marketing teams across different geographies.
- Prior experience with international exposure in a similar role.
