**Job Purpose**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimation Manager to lead our client estimation team in accurately assessing project costs and timelines. This critical role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various departments to develop comprehensive project estimates.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supervise a team of estimators to ensure accurate and timely project cost estimates.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors required for construction projects.
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients based on the cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets throughout the construction process.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- ** A**nalyze costs, prepare cost reports, and identify areas for cost savings or cost overruns.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all cost estimates and bids comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**

**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project specifications and data.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
