Role Purpose:
To conduct financial and commercial analysis, support with pricing models and business case development to provide insights to optimize pricing and commercial strategies.

Key Accountabilities:
1- Pricing Models;
- Support in maintaining pricing models that support revenue optimization and competitive positioning.
- Analyze cost, market, and value drivers to ensure pricing reflects strategic business goals.

2- Commercial feasibility studies (ROI);
- Conduct financial analysis for initiatives and RFPs to support in validating strategic investments.
- Model ROI scenarios that guide go/no-go decisions and resource prioritization.
- Assess profitability of services and products to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
- Recommend cost optimization ideas that enhance margins and financial sustainability.

3- Financial proposals;
- Prepare financial proposals for new services and partnerships to support commercial growth.
- Evaluate terms to ensure deals contribute to long-term value creation.

4- Support annual budgeting;
- Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate pricing and revenue inputs to inform financial planning.
- Align projections with strategic initiatives to ensure operational and capital efficiency.

- Communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within the healthcare, insurance, or consulting sectors, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Knowledge of translating market data into financials and driving value through benefits management.
- Professional certifications in Finance such as FMVA, CMA.
- Understanding of pricing principles
- Understanding of the Saudi healthcare market.
- Experience in pricing, commercial finance, financial planning & analysis

Bachelor's degree in Finance
