Inform the customer to renew the Authorizations before Expired.

Give Instructions to the Team member (Delegate) for collecting the Documents from the Customers.

Register the Shipment in the SRCO System (LAVA) on time make sure all Inserted Data is correct as per the Documents and send Receipt to the customer through the Electronic System.

Scan the Documents and Brokerage Invoices. Should have a record.

Track the Shipment daily and Request the D/O Invoice through the Electronic System if applicable.

Following for Linking the Delivery Order and Get EIR if applicable.

Following ETA and D/O for LCL Shipments by mail and through Team Member.

Ensure that received D/O receipts are matched with the Transferred and Invoice.

Put the Record in the SRCO System (LAVA) for Arrival with the D/O Number.

Make Records for Special Cases like Stored Any Shipment/Container in the Yard and WHS.

Inform Customer of their shipment updates

Pay the Terminals Invoices accordingly and arrange gate passes/Tickets.

Arrange Delivery accordingly and inform the customer of the actual time of receiving.

Manage with Careers for Delivery and follow their instructions.

Forward the Files to the Finance Department with the Necessary Documents.

Company Invoices Should be closed within a day or two.

Get a review of the Invoices as per the operation done.

Response through E-Service/By Phone to the Customer and Operation Team.

Reply to customer based on their mail with a correct update.
