As an** Engineering Director** you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering activities within the organization, ensuring efficient project execution, technical excellence, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of **strategic planning, technical expertise, team leadership, and project management** in the construction sector.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead and oversee all engineering activities, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective project execution.
- Manage engineering design, development, and implementation, ensuring feasibility and compliance with project constraints.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, geotechnical) for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of engineering plans, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Oversee design-to-construction transition, ensuring buildability and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Lead and develop engineering teams, optimizing resource allocation and performance.
- Manage engineering budgets, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality and compliance.
- Ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
- Present technical reports and updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Oversee project handover, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and technical support are in place.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture,
- 20+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or director-level position.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and engineering standards (BS, Eurocodes, ASME, etc.).
- Extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, BIM tools).
- LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable construction practices.
- BIM knowledge is of great importance and an added value.
