Administrative Clerk

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full time employment opportunity for an Immigration Administrative Clerk in our Saudi Arabia office.
**Position Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Prints/scans documents; saves scanned documents into our electronic file system, FileSite
- Follows up with clients and foreign nationals for completed questionnaires and missing documents; requesting checks
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences, including preparing UPS mailing envelopes
- Maintains client files, including editing letters and forms
- Assists with data and time entries requests
- Updates information and uploading documents into an immigration case management system
- Requests checks and processes invoices
- Calls USCIS and DOS as requested
- Assists with light junior paralegal work when needed
- Other projects/tasks as assigned
- Some tasks involve billable time but there is no annual billable time requirement
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Extremely organized, able to multi-task, prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented, with excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal, computer, written, and verbal communication skills are a must
- Position requires the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
**Qualifications & Prior Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to a year of administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required
