**Senior Accountant**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements

2. Managing the month-end and year-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

3. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reviewing and approving invoices, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections.

4. Managing and training accounting staff, including conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and coaching to improve performance.

5. Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business objectives.

6. Conduct audits and ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting _I _CPA Preferred

2. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong communication and leadership skills.

5. Computer literacy with experience in MS Word, and Excel. Prefer prior knowledge in ERP computing

6. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills

7. Ability to speak, read, and write English

8. Contracting and Construction experience

9. High attention to detail and accuracy

10. Ability to direct and supervise
