Reservations Agent

The Reservation agents handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with their bookings
- Making reservations based on dates and rates available
- Upselling rooms & cross-selling hotel various departments
- Promotes hotel services
- Assists reservations supervisor
- Make sure reservations are properly filed and maintained - Reservations quality check
**Qualifications**
- Prior use of Opera
- Experience in front office and or reservations
- Ideally Arabic speaking
