Structural Draftsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed drawings for construction projects using Autocad and Revit adhering to project requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers to ensure final deliverables meet all specifications.
- Assist engineers in calculating material quantities and other key measurements based on drawings to support cost estimation and project planning.
- Review and incorporate “redline” comments from engineers and supervisors, making updates to drawings quickly to reflect any design changes or field modifications.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., structural, electrical, and mechanical) to ensure accurate integration of all infrastructure elements within the drawing set.
- Prepare and finalize as-built drawings based on final construction details and specifications for project handover and future reference.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD ,Revit and other relevant drafting software,with strong knowledge of structural components.
- Ability to prepare the structural shop drawings with excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or arelated field (preferred).
