**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement landscape design solutions that align with performance-based contracting goals for urban infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated solutions for the maintenance and operation of roads, facilities, and municipal assets.
- Conduct site assessments and analyses to inform landscape enhancements and maintenance strategies in urban areas.
- Prepare comprehensive design and maintenance plans, integrating sustainable practices that promote environmental well-being.
- Present design concepts and maintenance strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards throughout the design and implementation process.
- Manage project documentation related to landscape design and maintenance protocols.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to landscape architecture and urban sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related fields, specifically with major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in developing designs and maintenance plans for urban infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and performance-based contracting in the context of urban maintenance.
- Proficiency in landscape design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations and environmental considerations related to landscape projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional licensing or certification in Landscape Architecture (e.g., Registered Landscape Architect).
- Experience with smart landscaping technologies and sustainable practices.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
