The Role
Job Description - Manage Cisco Hyperflex platform at designated data centers. - Administer Pure Storage systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning. - Perform firmware and patch management to maintain environment stability. - Coordinate with Cisco and Pure Storage support teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Conduct health checks, performance monitoring, and reporting. - Manage hardware expansions, including installation of additional components and migration tasks. - Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and data protection policies.
**Requirements**:
**Personal Skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure. - Attention to detail with a focus on system stability and performance. Technical Skills: - Any certifications in hyperconverged platforms and storage administration is a plus (Cisco Hyperflex, Pure Storage,....) - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Hyperflex or any HCI platform. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
