InnovationTeam is a leading technology company known for its innovative solutions and dedication to client success. We are currently seeking a Scrum Master Lead to join our dynamic team.

As the Scrum Master Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects using Agile methodologies. You will lead a team of Scrum Masters and work closely with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Scrum Masters and provide guidance and support.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect team productivity or project progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Monitor project progress and use data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
