Marketing and PR specialist in Museum

Role:

- Manage marketing outreach to drive sales
- Create sales materials including brochures, presentations, proposals, and departmental web pages (with the designer)
- Cross promo with other brands to share the audience
- Working with reviews: responding to all reviews on behalf of the company, monitoring bad reviews, inviting charitable organizations in exchange for reviews
- Update and maintain contact database, create reports and perform basic analysis as necessary.
- Coordinate attendance at partner meetings, trade shows, and other sales events.
- Photo/video shootings organization in museum for social media
- Content distribution through owned, free and paid communications channels
- Inviting bloggers
- Press-releases writing, send-out, follow up
- Weekly and monthly media reports
- Communications with marketing departments of the shopping malls, negotiations of best conditions for in-malls promotions
- Administrative workflow: invoices, contracts, other documents for on-going projects
- Develop creative and innovative solutions that can drive efficiency, profitability and value for the sales process.
- Research competitive products and industry trends, creating and maintaining research databases and presentations.
- Manage the development and implementation of support materials to enhance client marketing efforts.
- Manage review and approvals of client marketing and publicity materials.
- Serve as client liaison to support marketing and other non-operational questions.

**Requirements**:

- Linguistic / Marketing / PR education
- From 1 year work experience as Marketing and PR
- Excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and build rapport at all levels, and to explain complex issues in plain English
- Excellent writing skills (Arabic and English)
- Fluent English
- Organizational and project planning/managing skills
- The ability to meeting the deadlines

الراتب: من ﷼4,500.00 لكل شهر
