Warehouse Keeper-امين مستودع

Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory

Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization

Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned

Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy

Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items

Key departmental orders into the inventory management system

Carry out minor maintenance or repair of storeroom material

Provide detailed reports on departmental charges

Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials

Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand

Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued

Responsible for the preparation of work orders for equipment repairs

Preserve records and prepare related report

استلام إذن الاضافة إلكتروني و تخزين الاصناف و تحديث حركتها المستودعية في نظام ERP.

يتم صرف الاصناف بموجب إذن صرف إلكتروني وفقا للإجراءات تقييم المخزون و تدوين و تحديث حركة الأصناف المستودعية في نظام ERP.

فحص الاصناف قبل إدخالها للمستودع و التأكد من كمياتها وأنواعها ومواصفاتها كما هو وارد فى نموذج إذن الاضافة و رفع بيان بأي ملاحظات بها و عدم استلامها إلا بعد أخذ التوجيه من رئيس قسم الخدمات اللوجستية.

ترتيب الاصناف في المستودعات حسب نوعياتها و فئاتها والتعرف عليها مما يسهل عمليات النقل والمناولة.

التأكد من الاصناف التي صرفت وفقا لبيانات اذن الصرف و تسجيل معلومات السائق و الشاحنة على مستندات الصرف و تسليمه نسخة من اذن الصرف.

الاحتفاظ باذونات الإضافة و الصرف, وتقديمها عند عمليات الجرد الدورى للكميات الموجودة وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.

مطابقة سند التسليم من المورد مع إذن الاضافة كماً و نوعاً.

تغليف الاصناف و التأكد من سلامتها من التلف بسبب العوامل البيئية.

صرف الاصناف من المستودع و هي بحالة جيدة و نظيفة.

الالتزام بسياسة و اجراءات الصحة و السلامة المهنية.

أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها في مجال اختصاصه و فقاً لتوجيهات المدراء المباشرين.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
