**Role Summary**

Provide internal and external trainings relating Cash-in-transit operations and related security measures.

Participate in day-to-day operations of the Training Academy and implement the department and company policies and procedures, deliver trainings, conduct exams, assessments/evaluations, and quality checks, helping the Training Academy become a training provider of choice.

**Education Level**:Minimum of 12 years of education.

**Most Preferred Education Field**:Science

**Professional Certificates**:Accredited/ recognized cash-in-transit training, General ‘Training of the Trainer’ course

Additional 01 years’ experience in no formal cash in transit training

**Key Role Accountabilities**
- Deliver internal and external trainings, as per training program in various learning environments e.g., traditional classroom, virtual, blended or eLearning formats.
- Coach, support, mentor and guide the Training Academy clients, and personnel on cash-in-transit and related security operations.
- Ensure active participation of trainees using latest engagement techniques, and evaluate effectiveness of training using set criteria.
- Help the audience effectively understand the theory relating cash-in-transit operations ensuring necessary preparation for practical exercises.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing individual and collective needs of training participants and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Help develop and improve training courses especially CIT using personal knowledge and experience and other resources, and improve delivery of training services.
- Implement relevant OHS practices during trainings.
- Identify improvement opportunities to bring excellence in delivery of training services.
- Identify and share opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), learn new skills, and upgrade existing ones.
- Keep up to date with current trends in training and development areas and related technologies and methods by searching online resources and participating in industry events and seminars/webinars.
- Establish professional network with organizations, groups, and individuals to ensure awareness of current industry developments and trends.
- Help collect authentic data relating department’s KPIs help with effective monitoring of department’s performance and contribute towards achievement of objectives.
- Participate in corrective actions identified in internal/external audits.
- Participate in customer outreach and evaluation programmes.
- Ensure security of records in line with data protection policies and transfer information to the Lead Trainer for processing and record keeping.
- Follow the health and safety protocols and consider the environment while carrying out the day-to-day operations and trainings.
- Keep abreast of and comply with management systems policies and procedures, and ensure compliance within the department.
