**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparing draft Laws, resolutions, agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
- Preparing researches for the corporation by identifying and compiling facts and information
- Representing Legal Department in Courts and any other official Government Department
- Responding to any Legal inquiry from outside the corporation
- Visiting Courts and following up corporations’ cases with Courts and any other official Government Department.
- Registration of trademarks related to the corporation with the ministry of economy and commerce
- Investigation on cases referred by the CEO, HR & other managers
- Develop and review policies and procedures

**Job requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s Degree in law
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 relevant experience, practical experience in established court is an added advantage.
- **Competencies and skills**:

- Ability to cooperate with Government officials in connection with the legal issues
- Excellent English and Arabic Language
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical skills, investigation and fact-finding abilities
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
