Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with inventory management of spa products
- Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
- Promote spa services and products to maximize sales

**Qualifications**
- Saudi nationality is required for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and spa booking software
- Strong knowledge of spa services and treatments
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- First aid certification is a plus
- Familiarity with the spa and wellness industry is highly desirable
