**Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer**
**Location: Tanajib & Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia**
About Us: Rawabi Specialized Contracting Company is a prominent player in the Oil & Gas industry, dedicated to excellence in project execution. As we expand our operations in Tanajib and Ras Tanura, we are actively seeking a seasoned Lead Instrument Engineer to contribute to the success of our ongoing projects with Saudi Aramco.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership in the field of Electrical Engineering for brownfield Oil & Gas projects.
- Support various project phases, including Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with ARAMCO projects and procedures, including technical submittals.
- Conduct design calculations, system studies, and participate in procurement support activities.
- Utilize advanced knowledge to consistently deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely work.
- Collaborate with project discipline and lead engineers to implement design accurately.
- Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, and material specifications.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, and relevant calculation methods.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project implementation.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies related to Electrical Activities.
- Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies and provide valuable insights into the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
- Contribute to the development and review of project specifications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including datasheets, specifications, and technical reports.
- Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, representing the company's expertise in Electrical engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Electrical design.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc, BEng, or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field.
- Considerable experience in Electrical Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Previous experience with ARAMCO projects and familiarity with their technical submittal procedures.
- Competent use of relevant software for engineering design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFQ, TBE, and Vendor Document Reviews.
- Excellent technical and practical engineering skills.

- **International Standards**: Advanced knowledge of international standards, Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Standards is crucial.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
