The Role
Required to work for a Facilities Management company in Riyadh. The CAFM Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems within the organization. This role requires a strong technical understanding of CAFM systems, experience in information management, and administrative proficiency. The Consultant will oversee the implementation and maintenance of CAFM systems, manage statutory records, and ensure the efficient use of information systems and software. This position involves working closely with both internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive support and reporting for facility management operations.
**Requirements**:
A degree in Facilities Management, IT, Engineering etc Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facility management and information systems. Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions with a IFM environment Ability to lead and manage user groups and coordinate with various stakeholders. Fluent in English
