Responsibilities of the Role
- Identify consumers’ needs and wants for our products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
- Help liaise with Media Agencies/Consultants to develop appropriate theme board/communication methodology in line with concept objectives
- Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive our business initiatives
- Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
- Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
- Executions the digital and social media for the brand and providing support when needed
- Manage all in-store creatives including generic, seasonal & promotional.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer in managing the entire design process - sourcing suppliers and samples, completing allocations for all stores across the branches etc
- Supplier and vendor management - approving samples, negotiating cost, new material development etc
- Help review the effectiveness of advertisement promotions and take corrective actions
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
- Ensure sourcing of all legal permits prior to promotional events.
- Monitor events from start to end to ensure success and tweak if necessary based on competition or market volatility.
- Planning and executing activity for New store openings

What are we looking for:

- A Bachelor degree preferably with some business focus.
- Saudi National.
- A Fresh graduate or having a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication of the English and Arabic language.
- Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and fearless leadership skills
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
