Supports the senior manager in Implementation of all TMO processes, controls and reporting related to Global Markets Group (GMG) and ALM activities
- Oversight and supervision of GMG and ALM activities and projects (methodologies, systems and regulations)
- Consistency of periodical reporting (internal and external)
- Money Market, Interest Rate Derivatives, Debt Markets and FX are the main Product Lines involved (Vanilla and Exotic products)
- Implementation and enhancement of Treasury Middle Office processes and controls on GMG and ALM activities
- Reconcile P&L and Positions between Front-Office system & Accounting system and investigate the differences
- Reconcile MtM statements of the counterparties versus the Bank's MtM
- Perform periodic check of deal capture process in FO system to ensure that deals are recorded in a timely manner
- Review the reference data in FO system (folder, counterparties, calendars, etc) and users’ access
- Monitor deleted, modified and back-dated transactions and check that they are properly documented by GMG
- Ensure that deal rate tolerance functionality is in place in FO systems and report any exception
- Ensure by liaising with GMG and ORM that incidents and operational losses are properly monitored and reported
- Perform an independent control of Hedge Effectiveness documentation and process
- Review Structured Products confirmations and documentation
- Provide expert advice with respect to the risks associated with new Treasury product launches (Conventional and Islamic)
- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and when required
- Review risk measures such as LCR, NSFR, Market Risk Capital Charge, etc.
- Formalization of policies and procedures for the Treasury Middle-Office activities
- Implement the Audit recommendations as per target dates

- Bachelor (preferably Master) in Financial Mathematics / Finance Banking / Accounting (or equivalent)
- 5 years in close relation with Capital Market activities (preferably Risk Management
- Management skills
- Technical knowledge of market products
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Basel / SAMA regulatory requirements
- Strong proficiency with Excel & VBA, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Front-Office systems
- Financial Systems: Reuters & Bloomberg
- Ability to produce clear documentation and procedure
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
