**S³ Inc.** **subsidiary company S3 International **has an opening for a Quality and Safety Manager to support an FMS government contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**

**There is a HIRE-ON BONUS with this position.**

**Description**:
The Quality & Safety Manager builds, develops, establishes, and maintains safety and mission assurance program policies, processes, and procedures and works directly with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted per the IAW the Business System Manual (BSM).

**Responsibilities**:

- Generates results-based quantitative assessment of contract and safety performance for use by external stakeholders.
- Implements and maintains an AS9100 / AS9110 compliant Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) and oversees the Risk Management Program and SMS IAW the International Civil Aeronautics Organization (ICAO) and AS9100 / AS9110 standards for airfield operations.
- Provides expertise and guidance on interpreting policies, governmental regulations, and agency procedures and supports the Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance (QSMA) Manager in completion of goals.
- Supervises and mentors a team of subordinate safety and quality experts and is a liaison between the company and various foreign and domestic government agencies.
- Ensures safety and mission assurance functional activities among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve contractual requirements IAW the Airfield Operations and Maintenance (AOM) PWS and CDRLs.
- Implements AS9100 / AS9110 compliant safety control processes, procedures, measures, standards, and KPIs.
- Conducts periodic audits during maintenance procedures with technical inspectors to ensure compliance with AS9100 / AS9110.
- Assists QMSA Manager with Corrective Action Requests (CARs) management by identifying root causes and developing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Oversees the Risk Management Program, SMS implementation, and CAPs IAW ICAO and AS9100 / AS9110 standards and advises and trains managers on techniques to enable achievement and sustainment of AS9100 / AS9110 and BSM standards.

**Qualifications**:

- BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Safety Management, or other related field. (Master's and Training in Lean Six Sigma and AS9100 Auditor Course preferred).
- 30 years of experience working relevant QM and Safety tasks.
- 25 years of experience working in the service environment supporting Federal Government contracts.
- 5 years of experience directly working as lead quality and safety manger for a business or major contract.
- 5 years of experience working AS9100 or AS9110 compliance on a major contract.
- **Experience with DoD Industry is desired.**:

- Willing to deploy to Riyadh, KSA, for a one-year assignment.
- Active security clearance or the ability to get a clearance.
