**Job description**:
Responsible for the architectural design and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with

design standards, building/ architectural codes, and client requirements. This role involves close

collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable

architectural solutions.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work

environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and

company assets.

Main Areas of Responsibility
- Support the Senior Architectural Engineer for the creation and refinement of architectural designs, ensuring

they meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.

2. Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, Architectural specifications, and construction documents for

execution on-site.

3. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil, technical teams to ensure architectural integration across all

disciplines.

4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor Architectural activities / construction progress, verify compliance with

design intent, and ensure quality standards are met.

5. Ensure all architectural work adheres to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

6. Coordination/ communication with site management, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to present

designs, gather feedback, and resolve architectural issues

7. Guide junior architects and draftsmen, providing technical direction and professional development support.

8. Evaluate materials, systems, and construction methods to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising

design quality.

9. Integrate green building practices and innovative architectural solutions to enhance environmental

performance and project value.
