**About the Role**

As a Team Leader at Unipart Logistics you will lead, manage, coach, motivate, and engage a team of people to coordinate activities to achieve business goals through effective process management, continuous improvement, quality, and a focus on self-development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the UAT team in developing the test scenarios including regression testing of WMS
- Oversees and Reports UAT related issues to Project Team
- Actively look at the best ways of eliminating wasted time and effort and find better ways of doing things through continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Proactively look for new initiatives that drive costs down while maintaining excellent results
- Actively promote and take responsibility for embedding a culture of employee engagement within the team
- Work across functionally with other teams to provide solutions to wider team issues
- Be passionate about making sure we always exceed expectations, ensuring our clients experience world class customer service
- Ensure that the team deliver key performance indicators, where this performance is sustained and continually improved, with focus on quality
- Ensure processes have a relevant standard operating procedure
- Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control, and improve performance using visual management boards
- Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development for our team
- Monitor team absence and performance, acting where necessary
- Maintain very high standards of housekeeping
- Ensure all of our health and safety standards are achieved on an ongoing basis and actively promote individual responsibility for health and safety

**About You**
- Essential_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations (preferably E-commerce)
- Has prior background of WMS and IT
- Experience of BI System
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Desirable_
- Experience of WMS (Blue Yonder)
- Experience of User Acceptance Testing
- Good Analytical Skills
- Degree Qualified
