**Responsibilities**
- Making coffee and explaining the options of the coffee drink menu.
- Follow the premium recipes, preparation techniques for many different coffee drinks: espresso, cortado,

macchiato, cappuccino, americano, mocha, flat white, latte.
- Operation of automatic and manual grinders and presses.

**Personal and functional skills**

Possess good customer service skills

Ability to withstand work pressures

Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities

Accuracy and attention to detail

**المهام و** **المسؤوليات**:

- صنع القهوة وشرح خيارات قائمة المشروبات.
- اتباع الوصفات المتميزة وتقنيات التحضير للعديد من مشروبات القهوة المختلفة: إسبرسو ، كورتادو ،

ماكياتو ، كابتشينو ، أمريكانو ، موكا ، فلات وايت ، لاتيه.
- تشغيل المطاحن والمكابس الأوتوماتيكية واليدوية.

**المهارات الشخصية والوظيفية**:
امتلاك مهارات جيدة في خدمة العملاء.

القدرة على تحمل ضغوط العمل.

إجادة مهارات التواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.

الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
