Storekeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and store inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Maintain accurate stock records and regularly update inventory management systems.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Issue materials and supplies to production and other departments as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.
- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
- Prepare and submit inventory and stock status reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for the timely dispatch of goods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
