**We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Building Environments team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working on real-world projects.**

**Your key duties**
- Lead and supervise engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering plans and procedures.
- Perform and oversee detailed mechanical designs and product validation.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for simulation and design purposes.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop specifications for manufacturing, including determining materials, equipment, and layout of plant and systems.
- Research and assess new products and innovations to enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate with other engineers, management, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant engineering technology and industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building services.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
