**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage teams, including **Saudi nationals and multinational staff**, adapting leadership style based on behavior and team dynamics.
- Supervise daily activities and ensure efficient execution across departments.
- Monitor and analyze **daily reports**, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Utilize **operations management software** to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with **company policies and local labor regulations**.
- Communicate fluently in **Arabic** with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **Operations Manager** or in a similar leadership role.
- Previous experience managing teams in **Saudi Arabia** is highly desirable.
- **Arabic fluency** (speaking, reading, and writing) is **mandatory**.
- Proficiency in using operations software and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
