**Requirements**:
- Based In the Riyadh Head Office near KAFD - Heading up a department - Managing both pre-construction & post contract awards - Handling a range of vendors from Materials, Sub-contract & other - Develop the long and short term strategy - Manage, Track and review performance and supplier capabilities Critical Factors - Must speak fluent English & Arabic - 10 + Years Post Graduate experience but no more than 30 Years - You must be based in Riyadh with a strong local awareness and knowledge of the supply chain - Held a relevant Buying / Procurement role for a MAIN Contractor - Happy working a 5 1/2 -6 Day working week dependent upon workload - Comfortable with the salary & benefits offer.
