Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement process for all materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best prices and terms.
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate their reliability, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and project specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and advancements in technology.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and manage procurement reports, track inventory, and forecast material needs for future projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement within the contracting or construction industry, particularly in Riyadh.
- Strong connections with suppliers in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
