**Job purpose**:
To facilitate the agile delivery of software and hardware in alignment with the Company's commercial and growth strategy.

**Business Analysis**

1. Inform the development team of the product's vision and direction to maintain a sense of purpose and direction within the R&D.

2. Work closely with the business development teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI to ensure that the Company is working towards valuable growth.

3. Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product to maintain an up to date understanding of where the product is heading and where it needs to head to adapt to market changes.

4. Follow and research the Company's direct and indirect competitors and the industry to maintain a healthy understanding of the Company's position in the market.

**Project Management**

1. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the Company's products to ensure that the R&D team executes features appropriately.

2. Gather requirements from product stakeholders and synthesize them into user stories and tasks that the development team can execute to ensure that production needs are appropriately communicated with the R&D team.

3. Assist in the planning of product release plans and manage stakeholder expectations for delivery of new functionalities to ensure stakeholders have a realistic grasp of when to expect feature deliveries and so that the stakeholders plan their functional activities accordingly.

4. Assist in facilitating operational change produced due to the release of new functionality to ensure the least amount of disruption to current business processes.

5. Have an understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends to maintain alignment with the R&D team and adapt to their process when passing on requirements.

6. Maintain a log of product changes, and communicate changes to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that stakeholders constantly update understanding of changes.

**Reports**

1. Generate quarterly progress reports that break down product deliverables and the projected deliverables for the upcoming quarter to offer leadership with a candid view of the Company's product development velocity.

**Requirements**:

- BA, in technology, business-related or engineering-related field.
- 1-2 Yeas in product management or user experience related field.
