This includes ERP updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing "what is where". - Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance. - Handles simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. - Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K - Receives inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations. - Loading and offloading shipments using a forklift/ Combi-lift (This requires a heavy vehicle driving license issued by the Saudi government and to pass a driving test and exam through an approved Baker Hughes vendor for qualification. - Open boxes for inbound shipment and perform visual inspection and documentation including serial number/batch numbers review and perform good receipt in SAP. - Prepare received physical material and documentation to quality department based on requirements. - Print labels and assign a location in SAP as well as physically for new received shipment considering FIFO concept - Stocks received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production - Picks materials, components and end products and deliver them to Production or shipping. - Performs cycle counts. Prepares component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts. - Perform wrapping for final assembled tools as well as semi-finish components prior storing in warehouse area or shipping to customer. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in warehouse/store position preferably in Manufacturing). **Desired Characteristics** - Strong oral and written communication skills.
