Urgent Requirement for a General Manager in Automobile Industry in Saudi Arabia.

**Requirements**:
**GM Job R**esponsibilities**:
1.

1. Ready to Implement a Business Plan targeting monthly sales 10 Million Saudi Riyals with a minimum Gross Margin of 15% within a maximum period of 24 months from the date of joining the company.
- He should have a clear plan for selecting the right Products among the products which the company is dealing with (Genuine parts, Aftermarket parts & Authorized Dealerships).
- Responsible for implementing the right Procurement Methodology for identifying the best practise to buy from local & foreign suppliers (Passenger & Commercial Parts).
- Setup a clear plan to regularize Sales Channels to Maximize Profit & Increase the volume of Sales through Retail shops, Wholesale & Sales to Fleet Customers (B to B, B to C).
- Responsible for setting up a clear incentive plan for all Sales & support team to promote them for achieving the targets.
- Responsible for setting up clear plan in evaluating & hiring new manpower as per the requirement of the company, also upgrading the performance of the existing team.
- He should implement the right policy & procedures to safe guard the company’s asset, interest and building the right image for the company.
- He should implementing and manage the right policy & procedures required for healthy collection, healthy receivables, and healthy stock.
- Implementing professional reporting mechanism for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports with the clear KPIs.
- He should be responsible for setting up a clear expansion plan for each product and for each sales channels Kingdom wise.
- He will be responsible for building and managing a reliable database of customers as well as suppliers.
- Responsible for setting up the tool (KPIs) to manage & monitor the performance of all company departments including Sales, Collection, Logistics & Warehousing, Finance, HR, IT, customers, branches. etc.)
- He should be responsible for setting up an Organization mechanism by which company should never relay on single person & work should not get effected in any unforeseen situation.- He should be responsible to maximizing the value of the company to 100 Million SAR within a maximum period of 24 months from the date of joining the company.
