**About the role**:
Entry-level Procurement professional. Carries out processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Works with buyers in activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and / or services.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Procurement Associate, You’ll be responsible for:

- Carry out processes and standards in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and program execution.
- Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with buyers in purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and payment approvals to ensure a smooth procurement process.
- Assemble price proposals, financial reports, and other data for analysis.
- Support the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
- Compile records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, analyze data, and ensure account needs are met.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Obtain theoretical knowledge through a University degree.
- Limited knowledge of Carrier organization.
- Possess a University Degree or equivalent.
- Less than 3 years of prior relevant experience.
