**Job Purpose**

Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory and sales management system.

Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.

Rewaa is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer. The Designer will be responsible for creating Rewaa’s engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. by visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and photos. strong ability to translate requirements into design with the goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design creative visuals for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, advertisements, web graphics, product packaging, and branding assets.
- Creative Direction: Lead and guide design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that design work aligns with the company's overall branding and marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's identity.
- Visual Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences and effectively convey the intended messages.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, marketing professionals, and other team members to create integrated, multimedia campaigns that effectively communicate the company's message.
- Software Proficiency: Stay current with design software and tools, keeping skills up-to-date and continuously improving design capabilities.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
- +3 years proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of diverse design projects and disciplines such as branding, print design, digital marketing campaigns materials, etc.
- Familiarity with design softwares and technologies is a must such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- After Effects is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of other design tools and technologies other than Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (e.g. 3D softwares, AI technologies, etc.)
- Understanding of layouts, grids, building compositions in design.
- Proficiency in illustrations, digital drawing, and photo manipulation skills is preferable.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of data-driven creative design.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Ads posters and Social media posts.
