We are looking for a Material Handler to organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory. Preparation and fulfillment of orders in a timely manner so that the Manufacturing Department receives high-quality products.
**The role**:
- Make sure that all incoming deliveries are in compliance with quality standards.
- Load and unload packages.
- Maintain inventory in the most efficient manner by using forklifts, pallets, cranes, etc.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Ensure that the material is pulled in order to fulfill orders properly.
- Deliver orders by wrapping them and placing them on trucks.
- Keep track of inventory levels and suggest new orders as necessary.
- Maintain a record of all orders, materials, and stock movements.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 5 years experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position.
- Familiarity with RF devices.
- Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dexterity and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Flexibility to work overtime on occasion.
**Education and Experience**:
- High School Education certificate or equivalent.
