Implement and monitor the **project quality plan (PQP)**and ensure full compliance across all construction activities.
- Review and approve **method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection reports**.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and materials.
- Monitor testing procedures for concrete, asphalt, utilities, and other infrastructure elements.
- Ensure that **non-conformances (NCRs)**and **corrective actions**are properly recorded, tracked, and closed.
- Coordinate with contractors and project engineers to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date QA/QC documentation and prepare periodic quality performance reports.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to **ISO 9001**standards.
- Support the **handover and as-built documentation**process, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

- **Bachelor’s Degree**in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- **Minimum 12 years**of relevant QA/QC experience, with at least **5 years in the Middle East**(KSA preferred).
- Proven background in **infrastructure and mixed-use development projects**under **consultant supervision**.
- Strong understanding of **international quality standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO 9001)**.
- Experience in preparing and implementing **QA/QC plans, audits, and inspection procedures**.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Certification in **ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor**or equivalent is an advantage.
