As the Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to client requirements and company standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design and development of projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company standards
- Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and integration of design elements
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of design principles and practices
- Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
