Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Design graphics and business intelligence / charts which drive business insights
Develop compelling presentations and bring expertise in visual data storytelling
Leverage analytical approaches to identify, prioritize, and structure complex data sets to synthesize meaningful insights and recommendations
Concurrently deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment
Support and execute large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and help coordinate strategic discussions with senior leaders
Develop and share content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics, for senior leaders
Develop effective working relationships with internal clients and colleagues
Provide ongoing support to the Enterprise Trust team and key clients
Develop data models, data dictionaries and/or other specifications to guide the development and implementation of processes, models or systems.
Provide analytical support in the assessment of employed or proposed database queries, architectures, processes, and best practices.
Perform research to identify industry best practices, trends, and applicable studies and findings
Analyze data and develop deliverables; research, write and edit a broad range of reports, manuals, presentations and other technical publications.
Provide support for other special projects including policy documentation, webinars, performance reporting, archived data review, and data product quality checking.
Develop reports and artifacts as needed for Data Strategy for part of the product/project
Prepare and distribute documents related to program activities to ensure projects maintain data scope

**Skills**:Consumer marketing research experience that includes experience of working with enterprise level heterogeneous data environment and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and ETL tools such as Alteryx, Informatica
The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
3-5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Data Architect or Business Intelligence Analyst
Excellent data understanding and an analytical inclination
