Lead Account Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead Account Technical Architect to serve as the primary technical leader for strategic enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client business objectives, designing comprehensive technology solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of complex enterprise architectures.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the senior technical authority and trusted advisor for assigned strategic accounts
- Understand client's business drivers and technical landscape to identify opportunities for technology transformation
- Develop comprehensive enterprise & cloud architecture solutions that address client challenges and align with their long-term strategy
- Lead technical discovery workshops and architectural design sessions with clients
- Create detailed solution designs including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
- Lead a team of solution architects, providing technical direction, mentorship, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with account management teams to develop technical proposals and presentations
- Validate solution feasibility, identify technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish technical governance frameworks and best practices for solution delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with client technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Provide technical oversight during solution implementation to ensure architectural integrity
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to implementation teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations
- Lead technology strategy discussions and roadmap planning with client organizations
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues during implementation
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within assigned accounts

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or serving as lead architect for complex projects
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and technologies (Private cloud solutions preferred)
- Knowledge of integration approaches, API design, and middleware technologies
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and containerization
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring technical professionals
- Track record of successful client relationship management at senior levels
- Experience working within formal delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business requirements and constraints
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks
