**Company Description**

We are seeking an experienced, visually talented individual to join our company as a Senior Graphic Designer. As part of our marketing team, you will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media to print advertising. You will develop new visual concepts within our existing visual framework, work with our management team to ensure broad alignment, and create assets for use in various media and contexts. This is a senior-level position in which you frequently direct and oversee other creative professionals, so our ideal applicant has prior leadership experience directing creatives in this way.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at SIZAL located in Jeddah. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for performing day-to-day graphic design tasks, including creating graphics, designing logos, and developing branding materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will also have expertise in typography and ensuring consistency and coherence throughout design projects.

**Responsibilities**

Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics

Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.

Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.

Generating fresh concepts with creativity.

Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments

product design ( die cuts, packaging, material supply

Checking and matching the standards to the final products

Liaising with suppliers and printing ouses

Skills and Knowledge Requirement

excellent verbal and communication skills including proofing, spelling, and grammar

ability to lead projects from start to finish and work autonomously

ability to work with the team and respond proactively

strong organisational skills and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

good awareness of design trends and creative thinking

strong conceptual skills, high level of sense and design, layout, typography

attention to detail and problem solving

quick learner

experience in AutoCAD, In-Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite

**Qualifications**

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similar field

Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding skills

Extensive exposure with proven experience ( 5+ years )

Strong typography skills

Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging designs

Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design software and tools

Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Excellent communication skills

Experience in web design and UI/UX design is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
