- Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support to address customer inquiries and ensure happiness.
- Maintaining meticulous records in CRM systems and other tools while actively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to address queries regarding lead times and special requirements.
- Participating in customer meetings and sales gatherings as needed, presenting complete and timely technical information.
- Supporting order execution to ensure the smooth processing of purchase orders and resolution of technical issues.
- Proactively managing quote backlog and contributing to process improvements.
- Adhering to Emerson's trade compliance, quality management procedures, and ethics policies, as well as promoting a commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to address both technical and commercial queries optimally.
