We are searching for a pioneering area manager to direct and observe the functions of a cohort of stores. The area manager will be required to develop business plans, monitor sales, and ensure adherence to company procedures. You should also encourage the provision of uniform service by the stores under your supervision.

To be successful as an area manager, you should be able to allocate your time and energy in an effective manner, such that all stores derive benefit from your expertise. Ultimately, an exceptional Area Manager will promote collaboration between our stores to encourage a semblance of community, and to boost sales.

**Area Manager Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that branches are compliant with company guidelines and protocols.
- Lead a team of branch managers towards effective collaboration and realization of goals.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Train and mentor, the staff when required.
- Plan targets for the team and ensure that they are timely achieved.
- Implement operational changes with strategically proposed methods.
- Evaluate the performance of the staff on an individual basis.
- Lead your team to provide the best customer services.
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Control and monitor inventory at each location.
- Ensure that all staff following Hygiene Rules and procedures.
- Ensure that staff following Standard Recipes and Good quality.
- Other Task Requested from Ops Manager - urgent cases.

**Experience & Qualifications requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
- 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which minimum 3-4 in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience as an area manager for stores of a similar size.
- Expert knowledge of pertinent financial and employee tracking software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Capacity to lead with poise and conviction.
- Ability to devise relevant and innovative strategies.
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
