Medina, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Handles all passports belong to Hospital's expatriate employees to permit accurate filing, ease of retrieval and timely review for visa expiration dates.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Receives, types and processes all forms and statements for residence permits, visas or other related procedures for Hospital employees, dependents, household help, patients and visitors. Collects fees required for any required processing, performs calculations and prepares reports.

2. Retrieves or inputs computerized data using computer terminals or other programs as required.

3. Verifies computer programs.

4. Ensures that all forms required for passport/visa procedures are completed properly and that photographs and copies of documents are assembled. Files passports/Iqamas and assists with developing updated filling procedures

5. Answers telephones, provides information or requirements related to passport/visa activities. Maintains chronological log of passport /Iqama received form employees. Logs passport/Iqama procedures.

6. Registers and checks for accuracy all visas and residency permits completed and handled through the Passport Administration.

7. Maintains petty cash fund which pays for issuing visas for hospital personnel traveling on authorized business, transfer of sponsorship or any other expenses related to passports/visas.

8. Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.

9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 08:One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Grade 09:Three (3) year of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
