- S-27**Basic Functions**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- A. Duties/responsibilities:
1. Res9earches, designs, develops solutions as directed by the ERPSB Manager.

2. Writing efficient code using best software development practices including object oriented programming.

4. Creating, Designing, Developing, Deploying, Maintaining Web Solutions using HTML/CSS fronted.

5. Must have graphic design capabilities as part of their portfolio.

6. Managing Web backend with PHP, Python, SQL, ASP.net, C#, Java, etc

7. Consults with Vinnell departments to identify customer needs under ERPSB supervision.

8. Provides support regarding development to the ERPSB team.

9. Creates documentation related to solution/modification.

10. Coordinates with ERPSB Senior Administrator to ensure lab environment is updated for testing and analyzing.

11. Coordinates with ERPSB Senior Administrator for solution deployment.

12. In charge of automated testing of solutions.

13. Receives requests through ERPSB manager from customers for service or problems resolution; maintain a database and tracks the progress of service and problem resolution; contacts customers to keep them informed of the status of their requests.

14. Actively participates in the testing and implementation of new solutions.

16. Schedules data input/output and stays aware of scheduled job status.

17. Data management, Application change control processes and security.

18. Documents developed code including version control.

19. Documents testing and maintenance of solutions and corrections to code.

20. Should develop in-house solutions for ERPSB when needed.

21. Operates computer terminal and microcomputer to maintain files, process inquiries and process data.

22. Translates end user requirement into user friendly interfaces.

23. Troubleshoot and modify solutions.

24. Good problem solving skills.

25. Self-Motivated and can work with little direction.

26. Comfortable working in a team environment.

27. Has good communication skills.

28. Performs other mission related tasks as required.

B. Independence: Works under the direct supervision of the ERPSB Manger. Frequently develops methods to achieve desired results.

C. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.**Minimum Qualifications**
- A. Education Level: A Baccalaureate Degree in IT or related field. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for educational requirement.B. Experience: Minimum four (4) years of IT experience including three (3) years’ experience in software development, consulting and/or support position.
