**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage fabrication processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and Aramco regulations.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of fabrication tasks.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across all fabrication activities.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with the team and management.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication processes, tools, and outputs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the fabrication team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering** or a related discipline.
- **8 - 12 years of professional experience** in fabrication, including **3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role**.
- Proven track record of working on **Aramco projects** with a thorough understanding of their standards and requirements.
- Hands-on experience in **EPC & contractor companies** (not consultancy).
- Previous working experience in **Saudi Arabia (KSA)** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and processes specific to civil engineering structures and industrial projects.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
