**Installation and Setup**:

- Install CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, video recorders, and cabling.
- Perform pre-installation surveys to assess installation requirements and plan layouts.
- Configure systems for optimal performance, including IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup, and network connections

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, including hardware and software issues.
- Upgrade system components to improve functionality or integrate new technologies.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients or internal teams.
- Train end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and service requests.
- Provide reports on system functionality, faults, and upgrades.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure systems are installed and maintained in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
