**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bustling dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation among staff.
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 staff members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Implement effective strategies for social media management to enhance the restaurant's online presence and engage with customers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism and service excellence.
- Utilize previous experience as a Manager to oversee restaurant related operations and ensure quality and consistency in product offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and manage costs to achieve budgetary targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with courtesy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and special promotions, driving revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Polite yet firm attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, with a focus on engagement and brand promotion.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Coffee shop Manager or relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and upholding high standards.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: SAR 3000 - SAR 6000 per month

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
