Maintain and update company’s HR policies and procedures in accordance with Labor Law and other laws of the Saudi;
- Plan and organize the HR management system in line with the international management system requirements;
- Operate with significant independence as the focal point contact for HR Department of the organization;
- Meet regularly with senior management at corporate level and with other top executives of the Company;
- Leading talent acquisition, development and management programs aligned with business goals;
- Develop & implement recruitment procedures and programs in accordance with the Company management guidance;
- Supervise and coordinate the Company manpower plans in line with current and future manpower requirements;
- Supervise and provide consultation to management team on strategic recruitment plans, compensations, benefits, trainings and development, budget, and labour relations;
- Prepare and set-up training plans based on each employees needs and company requirements;
- Develop & implement a suitable time management system for all employees of the Company;
- Maintain and update the information on all employees with a suitable CV format;
- Coordinate with Authorities regarding all employees’ payroll system, yearly appraisal etc;
- Establish wages and salary structures, pay scale policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit scheme programs and services for each employee of the Company;
- Develop a comprehensive compensation system that includes base salary, bonus schemes and commissioning plans that effectively integrates with the company’s performance management system and business development strategies;
- Supervise the company’s Computerized Payroll & Personnel Time Management System which includes day to day coordination with the Data Processing Department on issues related to the payroll system;
