We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our dynamic team. The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure a safe and effective environment for patients. This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent service and improve patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Care**:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and document patient information.
**2. Clinical Support**:
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain medical instruments and equipment.
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
**3. Communication**:
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of patient care information.
**4. Compliance and Safety**:
- Adhere to all medical protocols, legal guidelines, and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous training and development activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a polyclinic.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Bilingual (Arabic and English).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
**Working Conditions**:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.
- Physical demands include prolonged standing and the ability to lift and move patients.
- Transferable residence
